Continuous learning is essential for organizations using cloud and AI technologies to maintain a competitive edge. To help Microsoft partners stay at the forefront of their industries, we are pleased to share the latest updates to our partner skilling initiatives. These changes are part of an ongoing effort to simplify and enhance the skilling process, ensuring that partners like you continue to deliver the innovative solutions customers need.

Microsoft Titan Skilling Academy went worldwide June 1

As announced in March, Microsoft Titan Skilling Academy is a new, centralized skilling portal designed to help sales professionals in partner organizations boost their skills and position themselves as industry leaders. We built Microsoft Titan Skilling Academy as a unified hub that delivers a learning framework for partner skilling—simplifying the experience and providing clear, structured guidance across sales, pre-sales, and customer deployment cycles to help you close deals and drive revenue.

Microsoft Titan Skilling Academy launched globally on June 1, 2025, with a learning journey for Security called "Microsoft Sales Titan: Threat Protection." Designed to promote Microsoft Threat Protection SKUs, this offering provides sales teams with on-demand training sessions focused on understanding and articulating the value of Microsoft 365 E5 Security licenses. With Sales Titan: Threat Protection, members of your sales team can improve their ability to close deals and earn Microsoft accredited badges—which demonstrate their learnings to both clients and Microsoft. You can also gain access to supporting resources that help drive confident, informed customer conversations. This self-serve learning journey is now available to partners globally.

Sales Titan, the first module in the Microsoft Titan Skilling Academy, will eventually integrate into our new skilling platform, launching this July. This unified environment consolidates each of our skilling platforms into a single, easy-to-access location.

Increase resiliency with Azure multi-region training for partners

To effectively support customers, Microsoft partners need to understand the value and importance of designing solutions with multi-region applications in mind. Customers increasingly rely on the resiliency, disaster recovery, and availability zones made possible by Microsoft Azure. These features empower organizations around the world to access key multi-region advantages, including enhanced data residency, cost optimization, and reduced environmental impact. Designing solutions using a multi-region strategy helps protect customer investments and ensure flexibility, allowing for seamless scaling or migration to different regions as needed.

Our multi-region training event takes place on June 12, 2025, with on-demand access available afterward. Join the Partner Meetup for Microsoft Azure for invitations to weekly webinars, including our multi-region training.

Empowering partner innovation with new AI skilling opportunities

As we heard during Microsoft Build, customers are evolving their use of AI—from basic applications powered by foundation models to more sophisticated, multi-modal agents that can drive real-world impact across industries. To support this shift, Microsoft introduced new features in Azure AI Foundry and GitHub Copilot that help partner developers accelerate the creation and deployment of intelligent applications.

These updates include enhancements to the Azure AI Foundry Agent Service, Agentic DevOps, and trustworthy AI capabilities—key areas where partners can build deeper expertise and deliver secure, scalable AI solutions faster. Skilling in these areas is essential as partners aim to meet rising customer expectations and take full advantage of Microsoft’s AI platform advancements.

Find out more about these announcements here, or view the on-demand Partner Meetup for Microsoft Azure session from June 5 to dive deeper into the latest Azure AI capabilities.

Business growth requires staying engaged with the evolving technological landscape and developing the skills you need to chart your way forward. As Microsoft celebrates 50 years of innovation and learning, we remain deeply committed to our partners and their skilling journeys, each one helping to shape the global technological transformation we are all proud to take part in.

We are excited to track how our updated skilling platform and new training events streamline the partner skilling experience to help you accelerate sales and grow your business.
